1. Will this fit my electric toothbrush?
Yes. We engineered the Nuvioq One with a universal Duo-Dock design. It comfortably fits standard manual toothbrushes as well as the replacement heads of 99% of electric brands (including Oral-B, Sonicare, and Philips). As long as the neck of the brush fits in the slot, it works perfectly.
2. How often do I need to charge it?
Rarely. The device is powered by a high-efficiency lithium battery. On a single charge, it lasts up to 30 days based on standard usage. When it needs power, simply plug in the included USB-C cable (just like your phone) for a quick recharge.
3. Is the UV-C light safe for my eyes?
Absolutely. Safety is our priority. The device features an Auto-Stop Safety Mechanism. If the cover is opened while the UV-C light is active, the light automatically shuts off instantly to protect your eyes. It only reactivates when the case is closed.
4. Can I install this on any wall?
We recommend installing the Nuvioq One on smooth, non-porous surfaces like tile, marble, glass, mirror, or metal for the strongest bond. While the adhesive is industrial-strength, painted drywall or wallpaper may peel off under the weight, so smooth bathroom surfaces are best.
5. Does the device stay on?
No, it’s energy-efficient. It activates automatically when you close the lid or when the Auto-Guard loop triggers every 3 hours. After the sterilization and fan-drying cycle is complete, it goes into a dormant "sleep mode" to save battery.
6. How long does shipping take?
